Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups gluten free oats (1 1/2 dl - tällä määrällä tuli aika löysää, lisäsin ehkä 1/2 desiä)
- 1/2 cup rice flour (1/2 dl)
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (käytin raakakaakaonipsejä)
- 1/2 cup mashed bananas and/or applesauce (Elycia always does 2 to 3 bananas and then a little applesauce.)
- 1/3 cup coconut nectar or honey
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tablespoon ground flax (flax=pellava)
- 3 tablespoons hot water
- Make the "flax egg" first: Mix the two ingredients and put in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and bake until brown, usually 30 to 40 minutes depending on oven.

- 1 dl = 7 rkl
- 1 rkl = 3 tl = 15 ml
- 1 tl = 5 ml
- 1 mm = 1 ml
- 1 kkp = 1 1/2 dl
